Every package on this page bundles hotel or Nile cruise accommodation, a private licensed Egyptologist guide, all entrance fees to the sites listed in the itinerary, private air-conditioned transfers, daily meals as specified, and any domestic flights or trains named in the route — all in one fixed price with no add-on charges for the core itinerary. Optional extras like scuba diving, desert safaris, or hotel upgrades are priced separately if you want them.

The 8 Day Hurghada & Nile Cruise at $1,000pp is the lowest entry price and pairs a full Luxor-to-Aswan cruise with three Red Sea nights. If you want Cairo's Pyramids and a guaranteed Abu Simbel day without paying for a beach extension, the 8 Day Cairo, Abu Simbel & Nile Cruise at $1,545pp covers more ground per day. For travelers with more time, the 14 Day Grand Tour spreads the cost over the widest itinerary, including Alexandria.

Both options are available. The 8 Day Hurghada & Nile Cruise and the 10 Day Cairo, Hurghada & Nile Cruise combine a full cruise segment with Red Sea beach nights. The 9 Day Cairo, Aswan, Luxor & Hurghada package skips the cruise entirely in favor of domestic flights between cities plus three full days at a Hurghada resort — a better fit if you'd rather spend more time on the beach than on the water.

All Tripidays tours are fully private — your group only. You have your own Egyptologist guide, private vehicle, and private cruise cabin(s) where applicable. You never share your guide or daily schedule with another party, even if the cruise ship or hotel has other guests aboard.

International flights to and from Egypt, the Egypt e-Visa, travel insurance, tips for guides and drivers, and personal spending are excluded across all five packages. A few tours also list specific optional extras — such as scuba diving, desert safaris, or glass-bottom boat trips in Hurghada — which can be booked and paid for separately, either in advance or on arrival.
