This 7 day Cairo Sharm El Sheikh honeymoon tour all inclusive covers two destinations: Cairo and Giza for ancient monuments and a candlelit Nile dinner, then Sharm El Sheikh for all-inclusive Red Sea resort time. It is the only honeymoon-focused 7-day Egypt tour that combines a candlelit Nile dinner in Cairo, an all-inclusive 5-star Sharm resort, an optional couples spa, and a dedicated honeymoon concierge in a single private package. As one of the most romantic itineraries across our Egypt sightseeing tours, it blends iconic landmarks with Red Sea leisure and honeymoon experiences.
Day 1 of your honeymoon begins with a private airport welcome in Cairo and a romantic Nile dinner cruise on the river. Day 2 covers the Pyramids of Giza, the Pyramid of Khufu, the Valley Temple of Khafre, the Great Sphinx, and the Grand Egyptian Museum with the Tutankhamun golden collection, followed by a domestic flight to Sharm El Sheikh.
Only on this route

Your Tripidays representative meets you both at Cairo International Airport, escorts you through arrivals, and transfers you by private air-conditioned vehicle to your 5-star Cairo hotel. After check-in, the evening is reserved for your first experience together in Egypt. As Cairo unfolds outside your window, you’ll feel the excitement of starting your honeymoon in Egypt together.

As night falls, you and your partner step aboard a romantic Nile dinner cruise. Glide gently along the river as Cairo’s lights shimmer around you. Enjoy a delicious dinner, soft music, and unforgettable views on your first magical night together as newlyweds.

Dinner

Your Egyptologist guide collects you after breakfast for the full Giza plateau and Grand Egyptian Museum day, before a domestic evening flight transfers you to Sharm El Sheikh. One of the highlights of a Cairo and Sharm El Sheikh romantic holiday.

Stand at the base of Khufu's pyramid and look straight up at 146 metres; the scale only becomes real when you are directly beneath it. Your guide will position you for the angle that makes every other photograph you have seen of this place suddenly make sense.

You enter through a narrow granite passage into a hall that has absorbed more than 4,500 years of silence. The alabaster floors are still intact. Look down as you walk, and you are standing on the same surface the priests stood on during Khafre's funeral rites.

From the viewing terrace your guide places you level with the Sphinx's eye-line, the same perspective that would have greeted every procession approaching the plateau from the Nile. It is a detail most visitors miss because they photograph it from below.

You move through eleven galleries before reaching the Tutankhamun collection, 5,000 objects recovered from a tomb that was sealed for 3,245 years.

Breakfast and Lunch

You wake in Sharm El Sheikh with nothing scheduled. The resort's beach and pool are yours, the coral reef is a short wade from shore, and the couples spa is bookable at the front desk.

Today is yours. Relax on pristine beaches of Sharm, snorkel vibrant coral reefs, or book a private spa experience. This is the heart of your honeymoon in the Red Sea, where time slows, and romance takes over. Couples who would like to combine their Red Sea stay with a deeper exploration of Upper Egypt can compare this itinerary with our Cairo Luxor Hurghada couples tour, which adds Luxor's temples and tombs before finishing beside the Red Sea.

Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Enjoy a day at leisure at your 5-star resort. Relax on the beach, unwind by the pool, visit the spa, or simply enjoy the resort's facilities at your own pace.

An optional visit to Saint Catherine's Monastery, one of the world's oldest working monasteries, or choose to spend the day relaxing at your resort

Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

The day is yours again, with the option to explore beyond the resort for the first time since Day 3.

Spend the day exactly how you wish: beach relaxation, snorkelling, desert safaris, or exploring local markets.

Walk ten minutes from the main resort strip and the Old Market opens into a covered lane of spice stalls, handmade jewellery, and Bedouin textiles, a different texture from the beachfront. It runs best in the early evening when the heat drops and the lights come on above the stalls.

Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Enjoy breakfast before checking out and heading back to Cairo. A morning flight returns you to Cairo. Your Egyptologist guide meets you at the airport for a full afternoon and evening across Islamic Cairo and the Egyptian Museum.

Upon arrival at Cairo, explore the historic Egyptian Museum. The building on Tahrir Square has held more than 120,000 objects since 1902, and the organisation has barely changed since then. Rooms follow reign, not theme, so your guide's navigation matters here.

Explore the historic Salah El Deen Citadel, a powerful fortress overlooking the city. Walk hand in hand along its ancient walls and capture romantic panoramic photos of Cairo stretching endlessly below.

Step inside and the interior opens into a space far larger than the exterior suggests, the dome rising 52 metres and the hanging chandeliers casting a warm, symmetrical light across the alabaster walls below.

This street has been continuously inhabited since the 10th century, and every building along its kilometre length is a listed monument. Your guide moves you through it at a pace that allows the architecture rather than the crowds to set the rhythm.

End the day strolling through Khan El Khalili Bazaar, shopping for souvenirs and handmade gifts to remember your honeymoon forever.

Breakfast and Lunch

After a final breakfast, your private vehicle transfers you to Cairo International Airport. Your Tripidays representative handles the send-off as smoothly as the welcome on Day 1. Travelers seeking a more culture-focused experience may also enjoy our luxury Cairo Luxor, and Aswan holiday, which adds Egypt's iconic Nile Valley monuments.
